Our promise: we treat your order the way we'd want ours treated — packed fast, tracked properly, and communicated honestly.
Free shipping. Always. Every Dewrae order ships free, worldwide — no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time. Every order is processed within 24–48 hours (business days). You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your Pink Stick is on its way.
Delivery times. Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment warehouse, please allow:
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- United States, Canada, UK & Europe: 8–15 business days
These are typical times, not guarantees — during busy periods like holidays and sales, or occasional carrier delays, delivery can take a few days longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately — and if your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship it or refund you in full. You will never be left chasing a missing parcel alone.
Tracking. Every single order ships with tracking. Follow your parcel anytime from our Track Order page using your order number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show its first update while the parcel enters the carrier network — that's completely normal.
Wrong address? If you spot a mistake in your shipping details, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we can't redirect it — so please double-check your address at checkout.
Customs & duties. Orders ship with all standard documentation. In rare cases, your country may apply import fees — these are set by your local customs office and aren't something we control or collect.
